New Student Application Requirements

 

  1. Completed Application Form (click on PDF to download)

  2. Transcript(s) from previous schools and/or diplomas and/or other certificates

  3. Copy of Passport (foreign applicants)

  4. Copy of Driver’s license with current address (US citizens and residents)

  5. Proof of Finances

  6. Personal letter of reference

  7. Academic letter of reference

  8. $150 application fee payable by check to CYS College of Jewish Studies – mark memo with “CYS application fees” or online at https://cys.shulcloud.com/
